Policies

These are general hotel policies for Hotel Compostela. As they may vary per room type; please also check the room description.

Cancellation

- If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.

- If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

- All children under 8 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.

- All older children or adults are charged EUR 10,80 per night and person for extra beds.

- All children under 2 years free of charge for cots.

- Maximum capacity of extra beds / babycots in a room is 1.

- Any type of extra bed or baby cot is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.

- The booking will be confirmed by credit card.

- Rates are not commissionable.

- All payments must be made during the stay at the hotel, unless the bypassing of the cancellation policy.

- The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

- Visa, Euro / Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Maestro.
