As they may vary per room type; please also check the room description. All prices on the website are displayed including taxes. Sometimes cheaper rates are available at our website for a specific stay. These rates made may carry special restrictions and conditions, for example in respect to length of stay, cancellation and refund. Please check the room and rate details thoroughly for any such conditions prior to making your reservation. ## Tourist Tax Tourist tax of €1.20 (VAT included) per person, per night (maximum of 2 nights per stay until June 30, 2027; maximum of 5 nights from July 1, 2027, onwards). This is not included in the reservation price and must be paid directly at the establishment upon arrival. Please be advised that, in accordance with regulations approved by the Vigo City Council, the "Galician Tax on Tourist Stays" (tourist tax) comes into effect in Vigo on October 1, 2026. Under this regulation, all accommodation establishments are required to apply a surcharge—in our case, €1.20 per person, per night (VAT included)—payable directly at the hotel upon arrival. This tax applies to all stays taking place on or after the specified date, regardless of when the reservation was made. ## Cancellation - If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. - If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. ## Children and extra beds - One child under 5 years stays free of charge when using existing beds. - One child under 1 years is charged EUR 5,00 for cot. - One child under 12 years is charged EUR 12,00 per person per night in an extra bed. - Maximum capacity of extra beds / babycots in a room is 1. - Any type of extra bed or baby cot is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel. ## Credit card / Guarantee / Payment information ### Payment: - The booking will be confirmed by credit card. - Rates are not commissionable. - All payments must be made during the stay at the hotel, unless the bypassing of the cancellation policy. ### Card validation: - To check the validity of your credit card, and guarantee your booking, the hotel may temporarily hold an amount prior to arrival. This standard procedure is purely a check and the amount will be returned back to you. ### Accepted credit cards: - Visa, Euro / Mastercard, American Express, Maestro. ## Important information Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
